When you use CheeTrader, we may collect the following information:

  • Telegram user ID and username — used for authentication and account identification.
  • Exchange API keys — stored encrypted locally on your device only, used solely for executing trades on your behalf. Our servers never have access to your API keys.
  • Trading activity logs — positions opened/closed, strategy performance metrics, and risk parameters.
  • Payment information — transaction IDs processed via CryptoBot for subscription management.
  • App usage data — basic analytics such as app version, platform, and feature usage patterns.
  • Device push notification token (FCM) — used to deliver trading signal notifications when the app is not actively running. This token does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and operate the CheeTrader trading service.
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your subscription.
  • Execute trades on your exchange according to your configuration.
  • Improve trading strategies and platform performance.
  • Process payments and provide billing support.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers in Europe. We implement the following security measures:

  • Exchange API keys are encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation. Keys never leave your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
  • All data transmitted between the client application and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS).
  • We never request or store exchange withdrawal permissions.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

  • Exchange APIs — API keys and trade instructions are sent to your connected exchange to execute trades.
  • Payment processor — Transaction IDs are processed through CryptoBot for subscription payments.
  • Legal requirements — We may disclose data if required by law or valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Account data — retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after account closure.
  • Trading logs — retained for up to 12 months for performance analysis and support purposes.
  • Payment records — retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

After these periods, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

7. Cookies

The CheeTrader website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use essential cookies or local storage for basic site functionality (e.g., referral tracking within your browsing session). No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Third-Party Services

CheeTrader integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Telegram — for authentication and notifications.
  • CryptoBot — for processing cryptocurrency payments.
  • Cryptocurrency exchanges (BingX, Binance, Bybit, OKX) — for trade execution via API.
  • Google Firebase — for push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Google's Privacy Policy.

9. Security Measures

We take the security of your data seriously:

  • API keys are encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM and never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
  • No withdrawal permissions are ever requested from your exchange.
  • Server-side stop-loss protection ensures your positions are protected even if the client disconnects.
  • Regular security audits and monitoring are conducted.

10. Children's Privacy

CheeTrader is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via Telegram. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
