1. Service Description

CheeTrader provides algorithmic cryptocurrency trading software as a desktop application with cloud-based signal processing. The platform offers automated trading strategies that execute trades on supported cryptocurrency exchanges on behalf of the user.

2. Eligibility

By using CheeTrader, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You comply with all applicable local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.

3. Account and Access

Access to CheeTrader is granted via Telegram authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and exchange API keys. Access is subscription-based, with plans and pricing available through our Telegram bot.

4. API Key Usage

CheeTrader connects to your exchange account via API keys provided by you. These keys are used solely for executing trades on your behalf. Important safeguards:

  • We never request or store withdrawal permissions.
  • API keys are encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation (100,000 iterations). Keys are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
  • Your funds remain on your exchange at all times.
  • You may revoke API keys at any time through your exchange settings.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use CheeTrader for market manipulation or any illegal activity.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your subscription access with third parties.
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures of the platform.
  • Use the platform in a way that could harm other users or the service infrastructure.

6. No Financial Advice

CheeTrader is a trading tool, not a financial advisor. The platform provides algorithmic trading tools and automation — it does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or guarantees of profit. All trading decisions are automated based on your configuration and the strategies you select.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

By using CheeTrader, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.
  • You may lose more than your initial investment.
  • Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably.
  • You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription payments are processed via cryptocurrency through our Telegram bot. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Subscription access is granted upon payment confirmation and remains active for the duration of the paid period.

9. Intellectual Property

The CheeTrader software, including all trading strategies, algorithms, user interface designs, and associated documentation, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading purposes during your active subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheeTrader shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses incurred while using the platform.
  • Exchange downtime, API failures, or connectivity issues.
  • Losses due to market conditions, including flash crashes or extreme volatility.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account or API keys.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to CheeTrader will be revoked.
  • Any open positions remain on your exchange and are your responsibility.
  • Server-side stop-loss protections will remain active until positions are closed.
  • No refund will be issued for unused subscription time, except as per our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms.

12. Modification of Terms

CheeTrader may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via Telegram. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
