Refund Policy

1. General Policy
CheeTrader subscription payments are processed via cryptocurrency through our Telegram bot. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we have established the following refund conditions to ensure clarity and fairness for all users.
2. Cooling-Off Period
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with CheeTrader within this period, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
This cooling-off period applies only to your first subscription purchase. Subsequent renewals or plan upgrades are not eligible for the cooling-off refund.
3. Eligible Refunds
Beyond the cooling-off period, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Service not delivered — you paid for a subscription but were unable to access CheeTrader due to a platform issue on our end.
- Critical bugs — a verified, critical bug prevented you from using core trading functionality for an extended period, and no workaround was available.
- Double charge — you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period.
4. Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Trading losses — CheeTrader is a trading tool; market losses are not grounds for a refund.
- Change of mind — after the 7-day cooling-off period, refunds for changing your mind are not available.
- Account suspension — if your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- External issues — exchange downtime, API changes by exchanges, internet connectivity problems, or other factors outside CheeTrader's control.
- Partial usage — using the service for part of a billing period does not entitle you to a partial refund (except during the cooling-off period).
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via our Telegram community or Discord server.
- Include your Telegram username, the date of payment, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
6. Refund Currency
Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment. The refund amount will be based on the original payment amount in crypto, not the fiat equivalent at the time of refund. CheeTrader is not responsible for changes in cryptocurrency value between the time of payment and refund.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion. This may apply when:
- A service disruption affected only part of your subscription period.
- You are upgrading or downgrading your plan mid-cycle.
